The company principal is Allen Maruzzi, a licensed real estate Appraiser since 1992 and owner of A. M. Appraisal Services since 1995.  Allen is a member of the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers, the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce and the Revere Kiwanis. Allen has served on the Winthrop Board of Assessors since 2001, and is currently the Chairman.
